When things are routine, going smoothly, and running the way we want them to being on automatic is fine. Automatic saves us tons of time and energy an estimated 70% of the time.
For leaders, however, they are times when things are not going so well and as leaders it's our job to get them to go well and being on automatic 70% of the time is way too much.
In this video we will explore the three key aspects of conscious use of self that are most important for leaders. They are connection, intention/impact, and ego management.
