SAS soldier rescues hostages single-handedly - Obi Wan Nairobi

When shots suddenly rang out outside a luxury hotel in Nairobi in January 2019, Christian Craighead immediately rushed to help. The SAS soldier happened to be nearby and had his gear in his car. Arriving at the attack site, he put on his balaclava and vest, picked up his rifle and, after a brief consultation with security forces, stormed into the hotel.

Five attackers had first blown up a restaurant and then moved into the building to look for more victims. None of them had any idea that they would soon make acquaintance with a soldier from one of the world's most elite unit.

Craighead cleared room after room, freeing one hostage after another and neutralizing any attacker who got in his way. The attack killed 21 people, but Craighead's decisive action saved the lives of many, earning him Britain's second highest award for bravery. To this day, experts are unclear how a man with such big balls can walk.
