Best butter chicken of Delhi | Aslam chicken, Jama masjid | Delhi 6 Best food #shorts

Finally tried the famous Aslam butter chicken in Jama masjid ❤️
And here's how they make it. Firstly, roasted chicken is cut into pieces which are then put into skewers and grilled. Once cooked, the pieces are put in a large bowl. A special masala is sprinkled on top, along with some chutney and cream. Then a lot of melted butter is poured over it, making chicken pieces more tender and giving that heavenly flavour. It's served with roomali roti and is definitely one of the best butter chicken in Delhi.
