Since her early teens, she has struggled with relationships and how to deal with herself, and was diagnosed with "borderline personality disorder" at around the age of 20.

Over time, her symptoms improved, and she discovered yoga as an extension of her job while working as a personal trainer.

At first, she continued doing yoga as a job, but gradually she noticed a change in her way of thinking.
By incorporating yoga philosophy such as Yama and Niyama into not only her work but also her private life, her way of facing herself changed and she had more time to affirm and cherish herself.
She realized that yoga is not only for the body, but also for the mind to make life easier, and she became fascinated with yoga.

She wants to help others who are struggling with how to face themselves in the same way to first face their bodies.
