Two Ways to Define Leadership Success

The quality of a leader can often be found in how they define success as a leader.
There seems to be a continuum. from leaders who define success from a sense of intrinsic, personal meaning and in the support of others.
They find such success uplifting.
At the other extreme are leaders who define success as winning. Winning titles and influence over others. Their successes are fleeting and short-term.

Iin this video we’ll explore both extremes and their consequences. You can judge for yourself where you are on the continuum.
