The standing tall podcast is focussed around healing from trauma & ptsd whether it’s military, civilian circumstance, or the unknown.

Matt MQ was inspired to start this channel because of his own experiences with trauma from childhood to adult life, including losing his leg, and suffering a catastrophic aviation accident in 2014 which led him down the path of discovery post his event horizon.

Special guest Johan Fritz has a very interesting life from being a USA marines combat veteran that suffered from heavy trauma, from tactile combat he moved up the ranks to become a captain in charge of thousands of lives. Since his departure from the military Johan has managed to heal his life, and these days he shares his own story to others to inspire the modalities of healing and finding inner truth and being of service to others.
