Well, I think it may be unintentional, but I kinda like the meaning behind this video. For the longest time, we've been bullying Cirno too much by calling her 'idiot' for too many years, and this video shows that she simply gives no fucks whatsoever. She thinks she's the strongest in the land, and whereas other people tell her it's the exact opposite, she doesn't care. She keeps on holding to her beliefs, and will simply freeze the people who try to mess with her.
