@CourtWatcher82

"That's not who he is". Ten minutes later, we see exactly who he is.

@eaglevision9791

60 months + 60 months
10 years doesn’t seem long enough for this guy.

@kristyjackson3587

The nerve of him screaming "Stop touching me!!" ... considering what he's been convicted of...

@KNUCKLESPRINGER

He is not afraid of the sentence, he knows what is going to happen once his fellow convicts get his paperwork

@WarlordRising

He robbed a child of their innocence. 10 years is nothing compared to the lifetime of pain he gave them.

@Rosanne-rf2gg

"Get me out of here man. Stop touching me man."
A momentary flashback of his victims cries.

@KeikoMyLove

He called his wife multiple times and was able to get his victim on the phone. What is wrong with that woman? CPS should be asking her some questions.

@nimblefred2932

How about some accountability for the mother who put her daughter into this dirtbag's hands

@MustcringeT.V

"Stop touching me, man" is something he's going to be saying a lot of in prison.

@LancePoole-wu6hw

Any sexual assault of a minor needs to hold a mandatory life, no parole sentence.

@StevieG_GuitarMan

It is really bad when your defense attorney starts a sentencing argument by saying “this is a heinous crime”.

@timdoyon1964

I was molested when I was 8. I’m 60 now and still receiving mental health care for what he did. He is still incarcerated for it. That’s 52 years. This guy is scum and should spend many years behind bars. But of course it is not who he is. 🙄 Give me a freaking break!

@RangerX3X

There is no way in hell any detective or other law enforcement officer told him it would be OK to contact the victim.

@ursulatroxler7428

This isn’t his first rape of a child. It’s the first time this child molester was caught arrested and convicted.

@julesbeachlvr

The mother of the child should also be behind bars !!!! This poor little girl

@zinnia3684

Those are the things he’s been caught for.

@rinlo1424

"Letting her down...???"
Um, no. You didn't "let her down." You shattered her. You destroyed her trust, her sense of safety and her peace of mind...for years. What you did to her can't ever be undone. Hopefully she receives a lot of counseling and comes out of this nightmare with the ability to live a happy, healthy and successful life. But she might not. So many young girls who are victims of sexual assault, especially by fathers or step fathers, completely lose their self worth turn to self destructive behaviors that end up ruining their lives.

@mbp_33

Sounds like the mother needs to be locked up too! 🙄

@dkoch2

"Stop touching me, man" such a profound statement

@jamescornwell7655

He was looking at 8 years and got 10 years. That's a slap on the wrist compared to what he did. He should have got 20 to life.
