Why Suzuka is awesome: -This is where many dramatic moments happened in the championship, being one of the last track on the calendar, this is where drivers won or lost everything (eg: 1989, 1990, 2000, 2006, 2012...). Honorable mention for the 2005 grand prix with Kimi's masterclass and Alonso's overtake on Schumacher in the 130R -The Esses, a hairpin, THE 130R leading to a slow chicane. That track is a real rollercoaster -In the modern era: only one DRS zone. Everywhere else, you have to overtake like in the old days -Playable in many racing games Japan has so many great tracks (Autopolis, Sportsland Sugo, Okayama, Fuji, Motegi), but Suzuka is a legend among racetracks. It's one of the tracks I call "the 3 S": Spa, Silverstone, Suzuka. I hope they will never be dropped. Better than the boring Monaco , Paul Ricard , Spanish GP, Chinese GP and Abu Dhabi

I am a Japanese living in Japan(about 4hrs away from Suzuka), but I never knew Suzuka was so loved and highly respected by F1 fans around the world. The comments from around the world make me feel proud to be a Japanese. Thank you!

「この勢いでホントに曲がるの？」て全開の1コーナーから超高速スラロームのS字はクルマとドライバーの良し悪しがはっきり出ますし、フルブレーキングとフル加速の迫力、撮影もしやすいヘアピン、迫力の突っ込みと旋回のスプーン、スキッドプレートから煙噴きながら通過する130R、ほぼ最高速から一気に減速し縁石を跨ぎながら通過するシケイン。どこで観てもそれぞれ楽しいですし、F-1の凄さが堪能出来ます。 とはいえ現地で見比べると、コーナリングスピードはスーパーフォーミュラとあまり変わらないですが…。 でも満員のスタンドでのお祭り感はF-1ならでは。今年こそ開催期待してます‼️

I like it simply because it's the only one that "crosses" itself. Most tracks go to the right, some to the left for they are only circles. But this is infinity 🙏🏻
