@worldgamer129

There's morose code in the chorus that says I love you and I think that's really sweet.

@Sebastian_Solace_Z13

"Who knew the apocalypse could be so lovely?"

I felt that.

@madiesatcha6812

it's 2023 and I just found this song, it fits so perfectly with what has happened and I honestly love it so much

I love calming songs that you could also listen to when the world is ending

@itsjinxus

Why does this song give off “I’m in love with my best friend” vibes

@doublebraidedcheeseburger

This song is gonna be very relevant now

@TriciaCurtisYarbrough

I have a weird story. I remember my brother and I were at a local concert in Lakeland, FL where we are from. My brother Tony was sitting on the sidewalk of one side of the building making an anarchy sign or pentagram with white old school white out. The kind with the liquid with a brush. Then he had a lighter to set it on fire. This was when we were teenagers. I’m 43 now.

@lorviqx8035

my favourite part of this is noticing that anarchy is spelt anarhy in the book<3

@hydromaniac-pt4tm

"You help me forget we're running out of time" this line.... damn

@junebug9381

2020 in a song

@winterfern

One month in, the clock keeps ticking
Being here alone has really got me thinking
What if Earth just got tired of spinning
And this is only the beginning
Soon they'll tell us there's no hope
We'll have to find new ways to cope
With knowing
There's no going back
If everything comes crashing down
I pray that you'll still be around
I'll sing to you to mask the sound
Of missiles breaking up the ground
And I could get through World War III
As long as you were there with me
Nowhere else I'd rather be
When the world falls into anarchy
And I hope when the end comes around
We'll be old enough to spend it in a house that we found
Hiding in our secret rooms to keep the zombies out
And never running out of silly things to talk about
And though I don't feel much when the drones fly above me
My heart still leaps when you tell me you love me
Who knew the apocalypse could be so lovely
If everything comes crashing down
I pray that you'll still be around
I'll sing to you to mask the sound
Of missiles breaking up the ground
And I could get through World War III
As long as you were there with me
Nowhere else I'd rather be
When the world falls into anarchy
We'll explore abandoned buildings
You'll pick flowers though they're wilting
On the whole, I'm sure that we'll be doing fine
You and I were always pessimists
Now the world is dark and desolate
But at least I'm still allowed to call you mine
You help me forget we're running out of time
If everything comes crashing down
I pray that you'll still be around
I'll sing to you to mask the sound
Of missiles breaking up the ground
And I could get through World War III
As long as you were there with me
There's nowhere else I'd rather be
When the world falls into anarchy

Being a teen that craves love during the end of the world

@nireyutuub420

I was about to say Big 2020 mood but it was literally written this year. Figures. Lovely song, Egg.

@megfleming5706

So imma go around on all my favorite vibe songs and say what image they conjure in my head because I think they're calming:
Two girls in pastel oversized hoodies are cuddling while a record is playing lo-fi songs. They're in an abandoned building with a sunset outside of the broken windows and there's a pot with a slightly wilting succulent.
Hope you guys have a good day :>

@mccnlightxlemcnade3266

This definitely deserves more likes
