@Johnny5907

Idk anything about cars but 100 bucks seems like a good deal for spare parts and learning

@jamesmcd71

Back in 1985, when I started auto shop class, that's how we learned. We were given 1 day to go to the junk yard, pull the engine and transmission, and then we had to strip them down, diagnose any and all issues, then, if possible, rebuild them. The best part was if we turned a profit, we got to keep it or use it for after-hours shop time.

The 1st business I started was servicing teachers and city cop cars from 3 to 6 on school days and all day Saturday. I was making 30k a year 1990 when I graduated.

ANYONE and I do mean ANYONE can tear down an engine. The hard part is not tearing it down, it's putting it back together and making it run.

@dionnefycf799

A bad engine for $100 is a perfect way to learn how to take apart and build an engine,especially if it’s the same one that’s in your car

@grantnicholson2097

A little bit of scoring, “nothing to be worried about” those are deep😂

@WielderOfTheFlameOfAnor

Nice way to learn. Pro tip: resist the urge to turn it upside down to remove the oil pan... this way, debris, shavings, broken pieces, dirt, etc.. stays in the oil pan instead of being dumped into the rotating assembly.

@keithtynan7469

“ …. some bolts were stripped …. “
This, to me, is the biggest warning sign.

@rayray-rg3wr

Damn mad respect to you. I am a mechanic and I followed your commentary word for word. Great job.

@MakerCave

Excellent way for a young person to get started learning. Tool literacy is often taken for granted and you are on the right track.

@stevep5681

the camshaft scoring is significant

@christopherbarrera6236

Refreshing to see someone interested in racing/drift not just instal mods but doing actual work. Good on you

@rubinrubino3588

My hat is off to you keep up the good work

@snwbrdr191

Loved how you explained everything as you tore it down with your observations! Keep it up!

@TrilliamC

The beauty of working in a clean well lit environment, kudos. And everybody getting it in outside props to you too.

@Yatta-sl3nxs

Just a friendly tip take pictures of everything before and after removing every single part 💯😂you will save yourself a whole lotta stress and anger,but great vid keep it up

@JustinJustice-b8t

Will say it is nice to finally come across a video of a woman who is working on something with her hands and is knowledgeable on the topic and isn't in skin tight leggings or super skin tight legging shorts and half top pretending she knows what she's talking about just for views from thirsty dudes.

I mean who doesn't like a woman in leggings but it's getting out of hand 😂 I'd take a woman like this who doesn't care to get dirty building a car vs who's glued to tik Tok

I salute this woman for not falling into the view thot community 🎉 WE NEED MORE WOMEN LIKE THIS!

@Horace1993

That scoring is serious, but good attitude

@daviddaly8772

I would glad to work in a shop like this

@thetruthcenter9586

What you are doing is dope, I’m inspired!

@moviechronicles5224

She is LEGENDARY!!!!!!; Good for you girl!!!!
