Same! Except I learned that each workout doesn’t look like me wearing a matching set and going as hard and as fast as I can. Sometimes the workout is me in baggy sweatpants just trying to get it over with and that’s okay too❤
I just discovered you a few days ago and am already hooked. I’m almost 50 and thanks to cancer treatment I’ve gained 30 pounds. I finally decided to get serious. Your workouts remind me of how I would just turn on my 90’s music and move when I was much younger.

I’ve lost a total of 62 pounds post- partum. I gained a ton of weight during my pregnancy and didn’t realize how much I had put on. I haven’t been able to recognize myself for almost 2 years. Now I only have 12 more pounds to go to reach my goal of 140 lbs!! Doing calorie deficit and GWJ workouts have been a life saver💞

Girllll thank you so much for helping me stay consistent even when I don’t feel like it. Moving anyway has had such a huge benefit. I’ve been doing your workouts every day ( and the 10-15 minute ones once a week) and I’ve lost 4 pounds in two weeks!!! It’s small progress but now I’m even more motivated to keep going. Thank you for all you do!!! You’re the first fitness person who’s actually helped me to be consistent!
