i pulled the pin slightly then it worked

You MUSt be careful bending it though. The parts inside are delicate and I broke one trying to straighten the plastic pointer tip.

Mine just sounded like it dropped during a print, got up to check and it's flashing red, I'll see if that works after the print is done.
