@DannymikReacts

Oh wow!!!! My favorite game as a kid.... I'd love to own that setup!!!

@JasonMeads

I loved this game as a kid and now being an ex skater I love it even more... I even owned the N.E.S. version of this and played it all the time along with skate or die 1 & 2 :D thanks for doing this... you made me remember how fun and cool the arcade used to be as well as how much you obviously love this game enough to build the arcade cabinet and one of a kind swivel joystick lol :D KUDOS TO YOU BRO!!!

@jeopardy60611

I always liked this game, and I have fond memories of discovering it at the Chicago Game Company near Lane Tech High School in Chicago, IL back in 1987.

@playbookshowme484

i need one of those

@LAKEVILLEKONICA

I would really be interested in Purchasing a completed controller. Slikstik CO2 controller covers a vast amount of games and Thunderstick studios did the Star Wars Yoke SO ALL I NEED IS THIS CONTROLLER AND ID BE HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY. There are a few others. BUT 720 CONTROLLER That thing is unique. And they were always beat to heck TO HAVE A BRAND NEW ONE....Cmon if the person doesnt want to build it themselves give the setup to thunderstick or Arcade1up OR SOMEBODY to mass produce. You got my sale.

@sonick808

i have dreamed of this controller since i first found mame in 2000 or 2001. 720 is my most favorite arcade memory, second only to galaga and maybe centipede.

@neggleston

So many memories of this game from my child hood

@steliosgero

amazing job!

@bryantgoodbody8896

thanks for your help
I will keep trying to figure it out

@JeffreyHarris7

This is amazing. Super jealous.

@MikeReezy

Nice to see it finally done. Can you post the measurements of your build? I would love to make one pretty much exactly the same.

@chrisfist54

Nice work! Were You able to hook up both sides of kick and push buttons to the Optipac?

@danmabbott1071

How's it going? Your video inspired me to give this a try. I bought a rebuilt controller off ebay but I can't get it to work. I've got the optipac and have everything wired correctly but can't get Mame to read it. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

@hme53

I just added a link that helped me in the description

@hme53

Hi, I got it on ebay and i rebuilt it using 720zone dot come

@kushchief

I want 1!

@alansession5783

I have a Raspberry Pi but I haven't been able to get the mouse to work with 720. I'm not sure if I don't have the right emulator or what. I know I can build a control stick I just need the rest of the to work

@Hirthirthirt

How accurate is the emulation?
Would an old PC-Monitor a good monitor for the mid-res-game or would the resolution be still too high?

@bryantgoodbody8896

hello
nice job on the 720 controller.
I was wondering how you connected the the optipac to the rotary spinner?
I recently bought a multicade machine with 2500 games on it. it has 720 on it and the spinner does not do the game justice. so I found a rebuilt original 720 rotary spinner. my problem is I cant get it to work.

does anyone have any ideas for me?

appreciate any help
bryant

@bryantgoodbody8896

I found it on line from someone. it was months ago, I don't remember his name. but he does have a shop that he does this sort of thing and he rebuilt the the spinner. I also could have bought the rebuild kit he had for sale but for a few more bucks he said he would rebuild it. it is an original 720 spinner and it seems completely intact. then I bought a optipac and I cannot get it to work. any thoughts on what to do?
