3 things that instantly changed how people treat me: 1) I stopped chasing attention. 2) I started reading books on Atruve. 3) I stopped trying to prove myself to people who don’t matter.

@PengTalks

I came for a podcast, ended up accidentally crying in my kitchen while asking my higher self if she loves me. She said yes... and then reminded me I left the stove on. 10/10 spiritual awakening with mild panic.

@OliviaHayes77

I used to think overthinking was just part of who I was.
Always analyzing, always fixing, always preparing to be hurt.

But the truth is — I was avoiding stillness.
Because in stillness, there’s no performance left.

What the Silence Tried to Say by Alira Sennel wasn’t loud.
It just asked the kind of questions I’d never been brave enough to sit with.
And somehow, that silence spoke louder than anything else.

@McStorch0

HUGE difference between spirituality and religion. Native Americans LIVED a spiritual life but they were not religious. As far as religion, I have no room for hate in my life. I’ll stick with spirituality and a strong connection to earth and universe.

@bestaneierflott1195

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

@aejiongco

Dr. Lisa Miller’s theory is both radical and dead-on, and honestly, it’s one of the few frameworks out there that doesn't insult your intelligence while trying to explain the spiritual core of being human.

@jaymason6829

I had a spiritual awakening a little over a year ago after going through a really horrible break up. I then went to rehab and have been sober for almost 10 months! I can attest that discovering my spirituality saved my life! I’ve been battling addiction and mental health for about 10 years. I was recently taken off of almost all of my psych meds, and I’m living an extremely peaceful life now!

@LimitlessConfidenceChannel

I didn’t expect this episode to hit me so hard… 😭✨ I’ve spent years trying to “figure out” where I belong spiritually—raised Catholic, wandered through atheism, flirted with mindfulness, but it wasn’t until I hit my lowest point last year that I truly felt what Dr. Lisa described. 🕊

After losing someone I loved deeply and facing weeks of soul-crushing silence, I remember walking barefoot through a forest near my home. No phone. No answers. Just breath, wind, and tears. 🌿🌬 That was the moment I remembered—not learned, but remembered—that spirituality isn’t found in buildings or books alone. It lives in surrender, in awe, in connection. And it saved me. 💫

This conversation helped me put words to something I’ve felt but couldn’t explain: a deep pull toward something beyond logic but more real than anything else. Thank you Mel & Dr. Lisa for reminding us that our spiritual compass doesn’t need permission to exist. It just is. ❤‍🔥

If anyone reading this is feeling lost—please know: you’re not broken. You’re awakening. 🙏🌎✨

I grew up in a Catholic home, rebelled and went into a different spiritual approach. Unfortunately lost my way, drank most nights, tried many things & spent thousands to find an answer to stop the sabotage from trauma. It was one moment from crying out to God for help. Well a few days later that was it. A song late one night came on and I was completely struck but a higher power & cried for 2 hours for the love I felt. Soon after drinking stopped & my life began to change. Everything old fell away and the new emerged. It was all God. Life still has ups and downs but the gift of knowing him, leaning on the higher power and understanding surrender has had a huge positive impact on me and my family. Very grateful and blessed. So this interview is another level of understanding. It does exist & I can testify. I pray everyone will have an encounter that will change your life. Thanks for the share Mel & Doc just awesome ❤Blessings!

Thank you Dr Lisa and Mel Robbins for this important discussion. I am muslim, and what Dr Lisa said hits home. I have experienced exactly what Dr Lisa is describing. I was very anxious, sometimes depressed and felt lost, until I decided to be mindful of God and started practicing my faith. I am at peace and in awe that I am not alone and do not feel the anxiety inducing burden of thinking I am solely responsible for everything in my life. I am comforted knowing that God is in control. Sigh.

I was raised Methodist and later embraced the Catholic faith as an adult. For me, the Church is a merciful refuge for sinners, a place of grace and renewal. I find deep joy in serving others through kind words and compassionate acts, drawing daily inspiration from the life and legacy of Mother Teresa. 😇 ❤

The energy you put out really shapes your reality, but it took me years to understand how to use it in a practical way. Then I came across a book called The Black Protocol of Wealth. It helped me adjust my vibration and completely reprogram my subconscious. Since then, everything in my life has improved dramatically—business is thriving, clients keep coming, and money flows from all directions. It’s just amazing how powerful it is to shift our vibration.

@gabl4381

Wow this was absolutely incredible- never realized how spiritual I really am until you noted the difference of spirituality and religion. I am so grateful for the ability to step into nature , breathe fresh air and walk. I have some family members with health issues going on right now and spirutually and prayer has been my life saver. It grounds me and makes me appreciate my ability to walk and breathe and live life to the fullest. Here for anyone who is feeling lonely hope I can help with my words.

@MotivationHub-US

Mind blown. It’s crazy how one perspective shift can reframe everything. This really made me pause and think deeper about how I live each day—thank you for this!

@saachim

Mel is such a blessing to this world!

@kathydillon-y6t

I believe in the Father ,Son and Holy Spirit!!! Amen!!!!

@KandSkiteflying

What really blows my mind is how little curiosity people have when it comes to manifestation and the deeper mechanics behind it. Most folks are satisfied with the recycled "think positive and visualize" narrative — which, sure, has its place — but that’s just the surface. There’s a whole architecture of laws and principles underneath that most never even touch. The fact that so few have heard of Owen Hermsting, someone who spent years decoding this hidden structure and laid it all out in The Law Behind the Laws, says everything. People aren’t necessarily lacking potential — they’re just not willing to question beyond the obvious. And that comfort zone? It’s costing them their freedom.

@Ap-sy5nt

“I love what you have put into our world” what a great way of expressing it. Thanks Mel

@carmgirl-dm3ms

Faith keeps you grounded.

Remember the song, 'Aquarius'? It's about our spiritual enlightenment and came out in the 1960's. I love the way our enlightenment has evolved and am excited for the further evolution of it through the 21st century. We're no longer at the 'dawning' of the Age of Aquarius ... we're in it baby. And what a ride. Great speaker. Happy I tuned in.
