Idk why but putting the drums directly in the playlist instead of the sequencer makes my ass itch
Interesting that some people find it odd to drag and drop drum samples directly onto the playlist lol when i first started using FL back in 2011 making house music, i'd use the sequencer, but eventually noticed dropping onto the playlist allowed for quicker micro editing/adjustments rather than having to create "unique" patterns each time. Meanwhile, now I'm on Ableton and i use the drum rack on every production. It's definitely a workflow thing
Reverb on the kick is crazy
Drums in the playlist are diabolical😭😭
You should also add minor changes between each chop if you wanna do it like clams casino
That's snare is sick
Absolute hidden gem, I’m ready to see what else you’ve got to show in the future ❤
Tutorials never explain the shit that actually matters like choosing the notes/progression of the melody
So good. Now I need fl studio
Add your kick (snare), snare (kick) 😉
I fw it heavy sounds like lvl
to this day havent heard anyone properly emulate clams' sound. something about this one doesnt sound natural
that snare is tight
dear those demonizing his drums on playlist drums on playlist = ADSR freedom, shape transients, mute when needed, velocity can be achieved through new gain knob. Clicks and declicks can be mitigated by sliding the crossfade a little bit. snare kinda loose? chop it, want hats to be absolute 1/16th long? snap tail on grid. Sequencer? viable but try moving decay and release a million times to finally syncopate it on the grid.

Sounds like “nights like this” By Lid Laroi
For all these years i didnt know it was Clams casino. I thought it was calms... i had to check and yup... its clams Dyslexia or mandela effect who knows
Try with kick stomps, more transient on snare and slower pads with reverb and reverse effects, percs and fx etc
